Audio Job Cards| 1 | Take the letter cards out of box 1 and put them on the table. |
| 2 | Put the cards into the blue sorter one at a time, in A B C order. |
| 3 | When all cards are in the sorter, check your work from front to back. |
| 4 | Raise your hand to show the supervisor your finished job. |
| 1 | Put on your safety glasses. |
| 2 | Open the EP5 Instruction Card and follow it to wire the lamp. |
| 3 | Ask the supervisor to check the wiring before you plug anything in. |
| 1 | Strip 1 centimetre of covering from the end of the black wire. |
| 2 | Wrap the bare black wire clockwise around the brass screw. Tighten the screw. |
| 3 | Strip 1 centimetre of covering from the end of the white wire. |
| 4 | Wrap the bare white wire clockwise around the silver screw. Tighten the screw. |
| 5 | Pull gently on both wires to check they are held tight. |
| 1 | Wash your hands and put on an apron. |
| 2 | Open the FP4 Recipe Card and follow it from top to bottom. |
| 3 | When the pudding is made, put it in the fridge and clean your station. |

| Pour cold milk into the jug | 500 millilitres |
| Add the pudding mix to the bowl | 1 packet |
| Pour the milk over the mix and whisk | 2 minutes |
| Let the pudding stand until thick | 5 minutes |
| 1 | Take the customer files out of drawer 2. |
| 2 | Put the files in the caddy in A B C order by last name. |
| 3 | If two last names are the same, use the first name to decide the order. |
| 4 | Check your work, then raise your hand for the supervisor. |
